Lumel Upgrade Digital Panel Meter Range With New N32 Variants

Thursday, 10 November 2022
The original N30 just got even better. Meet the new & upgraded N32.

European electrical manufacturer Lumel have recently released their new N32 digital panel meter range.

This post has three purposes: to let you know they're available, to provide you with datasheet links (at the end of the article), and to give you with some quick takeaways on key features.

We've been working closely with Lumel for more than a decade now. We love their superb quality control. Every product is designed and manufactured to a high standard.

Following the same range format as the original N30, there's four different N32 variants available:

  • N32U - for standard signals, temperature (RTD & TC) and resistance.
  • N32H - for DC circuit parameters.
  • N32P - for single-phase power network parameters.
  • N32O - for pulse, frequency, and rotational speed.

What's new with the N32?

According to Lumel, the N32 samples data up to 10 times faster than the N30. That's a big increase in efficiency.

Another major difference is that the N32 variants all come with RS-485 pre-installed.

Key features at a glance:

  • High-contrast LCD display with backlighting
  • 56 different available units of measure
  • Programmed via buttons or through Lumel's (free) eCon software
  • Choose from one or four relay outputs, depending on variant
  • Three year warranty

In an industrial environment, you need critical information available at a glance.

Panel meters can help you get a read on processes that are hard to measure visually.

We commonly supply them for applications including tank level monitoring, motor temperature monitoring, length measurement, speed, pulse, or count - or really, for the monitoring of any process via standard industrial signals.

Being both digital and programmable, the N32 is incredibly versatile.
