Inclinometers

Unwavering precision for static and dynamic applications.

Pacific Automation supplies a comprehensive range of Kübler inclinometers engineered for precise angular measurement in demanding industrial environments. Designed for both static and dynamic applications, Kübler inclination sensors deliver high accuracy, robust construction, and seamless system integration.

With measurement resolutions down to 0.01°, measuring ranges from 0–360° or ±85°, and protection ratings up to IP67/IP69k, these sensors provide reliable performance even in harsh environments subject to vibration, shock, dust, and moisture.

Available with analogue, CANopen, Modbus, SAE J1939 and IO-Link interfaces, Kübler inclinometers integrate easily into modern automation and mobile control systems.

It starts before the order

Three questions we ask alongside the part number, so the sensor holds its reading on the machine it is bolted to.

Question one

Where does it run?

Outdoor or in-plant, temperature range, washdown and IP rating, and how much vibration and shock the mounting sees.

Question two

What is it doing?

Continuous angle or a tilt threshold. One axis or two, the accuracy required, and whether the function needs redundancy.

Question three

What if it is wrong?

A platform out of level, a boom past its safe angle, a reading that drifts under vibration, a machine stopped.

Inclination sensors for industrial applications

Kübler inclinometers use advanced sensor fusion technology (acceleration and rotational rate) to provide stable measurement in applications exposed to motion, vibration, or dynamic movement. They are suitable for 1- or 2-dimensional measurement depending on application requirements.

Five inclinometer models

Redundant analogue, switching output, IO-Link, robust redundant and fieldbus. The output your control system speaks decides the model.
