Pacific Automation's Tubing Solution Bundles are engineered to simplify installation, improve thermal efficiency, and protect critical process lines in harsh environments. These solutions are commonly used alongside heat tracing and process heating systems across oil and gas, mining, chemical processing, and industrial facilities.
Our tubing bundles combine process tubing, insulation, and heating solutions into a single, factory-assembled system, reducing install time, minimising heat loss, and improving long-term reliability.
It starts before the order
Three questions we ask alongside the part number, so the bundle arrives built for the line it protects.
Where does it run?
Minimum ambient temperature, the run length, the routing, and the zone and temperature class the bundle has to be certified for.
What is it doing?
Electric, steam or fluid traced. The maintain temperature, the tube material and size, how many tubes, and whether it is an analyser or CEMS line.
What if it is wrong?
A frozen impulse line, a false reading at the analyser, an emissions report you cannot defend, rework in the field.
Electrically heated tubing bundles
Self-regulating, power limiting and constant watt heaters, factory-assembled into the bundle. The TubeTrace range covers freeze protection through to high maintain temperatures.
