The UR20-4AI-TC-DIAG (order no. 1315710000) is a u-remote 4-channel analogue input module for thermocouple and RTD temperature sensors, with 16-bit resolution and an accuracy of 0.2% FSR. It supports thermocouple types J, K, T, B, N, E, R, S, L, U, C and mV inputs, measuring from -200°C to 2315°C, with an adjustable conversion time of 36-240 ms and internal and external cold-junction compensation (internal accuracy ≤ 3 K). Each channel provides individual channel diagnosis, with 2-wire sensor connection. It measures 76 x 120 x 11.5 mm, weighs 86 g, and operates from -20°C to 60°C.

Thermocouple and resistance-temperature sensors are indispensable for a variety of applications, and Weidmüller's 4-channel input modules are suited for all common thermocouple elements and resistance temperature sensors. Cable breaks and out-of-limit values are detected through individual channel diagnostics, and the module includes automatic 50 Hz to 60 Hz suppression. The module electronics supply the connected sensors with power from the input current path. It is RoHS conformant and holds cULus (E141197) and cULusEX (E223527) certification, and supports CANopen, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus/TCP, PROFINET IRT and PROFIBUS DP-V1, and POWERLINK fieldbus protocols.
