A leader in the industrial automation space for over 50 years, Pacific Automation has built many longstanding partnerships across Australia’s industrial landscape. The new web store will allow customers old and new to find the right product for their applications at the right time.

Pacific CEO Stephen Armstrong acknowledged the time and effort to assemble the platform and was optimistic about the potential flow-on benefits.

“We are very proud of developing our new eCommerce site, with a big thanks to Scott Bryant, our Operations Manager who ran the project,” said Mr Armstrong. “At Pacific Automation, we’re focussed on empowering our current valued customers and engage the new, with a full range of premium products alongside tailored solutions delivered by our technical sales team."

“With customer experience and relationships at the forefront of what we do, it’s great to be able to offer easier transactions and ensure that our products are delivered on time, whether purchased on or offline.”

Pacific Automation has established itself as the go-to technical partner and supplier for the industrial and mining sectors, with a broad product selection backed up with highly trusted technical support.

As consumers turn towards the digital realm for convenience, the new eCommerce platform will allow customers to transact, manage purchases, view invoices, check stock levels and the status of current orders.

It’s now far more straightforward for people to find a specific product, replacement part, or resource while using the webstore to connect with the technical sales teams.

The Pacific Automation team is hopeful that the new online channel will help to establish and build customer and industry-wide relationships long into the future.
