BES M18EG1-PSC10Z-S04G-S11 (Order Code BES02Y3) is an M18 pressure-resistant inductive sensor measuring Ø18 x 63.5 mm (mounting length 42 mm), rated for quasi-flush installation and connected via an M12 connector (4-pin, A-coded). It operates on an operating voltage Ub of 10...30 VDC (rated operating voltage Ue DC 24 V, rated operating current Ie 200 mA) and provides a PNP normally open (NO) switching output at a switching frequency of 200 Hz. The sensing distance is 10 mm (assured operating distance 8.1 mm, ±10% tolerance).

The sensor is pressure-resistant to a maximum of 60 bar and rated IP67 for an ambient temperature range of -25...70°C (contamination scale 3), built to IEC 60947-5-2 with CE and cULus conformity. Housing and sensing surface are both stainless steel, and the stated MTTF at 40°C is 375 years. Installation is permitted only in a clamp without a positive stop, the tightening torque is 50 Nm ±10%, and switching distance may be reduced by up to 50% when installed in metal.
