This is a Weidmüller ZQV 4N/4 BL insulated cross-connector (Order No. 1528120000) for terminal blocks, coloured blue, with 4 poles, a rated voltage of 400 V and nominal current of 32 A. It is explosion-tested, made of Wemid material with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, plugged in with a pitch of 6.10 mm. It measures 27.95 mm deep, 2.8 mm high and 22.1 mm wide, and weighs 2.87 g. Storage temperature is -25°C to 55°C, ambient temperature -5°C to 40°C, and operating temperature -60°C to 130°C.

The distribution or multiplication of a potential to adjoining terminal blocks is realized via a cross-connection, avoiding additional wiring effort; contact reliability in the terminal blocks is still ensured even if poles are broken out. Weidmüller's portfolio offers pluggable and screwable cross-connection systems for modular terminal blocks. Due to stability and temperature reasons, only 60% of the contact elements can be broken out; using the cross-connector reduces the rated voltage to 400 V, and to 25 V if a cut cross-connection with blank cut edges is used. The product is RoHS compliant without exemption, and its REACH declaration states no SVHC above 0.1 wt%.
