This is a Weidmüller ZQV 4N/50 insulated cross-connector (Order No. 1528130000) for terminal blocks, coloured orange, with 50 poles and a rated current of 32 A (2-pole and multi-pole). It is not explosion-tested, made of Wemid material with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, plugged in with a pitch of 6.1 mm. It measures 27.95 mm deep, 2.8 mm high and 303.7 mm wide, and weighs 42.8 g. Storage temperature is -25°C to 55°C, and the stated operating temperature range is -60°C to 130°C.

Plug-in cross-connections offer easy handling and quick installation, saving time during installation compared with screwed solutions. Due to stability and temperature reasons, only 60% of the contact elements can be broken out; using the cross-connector reduces the rated voltage to 400 V, and to 25 V if a cut cross-connection with blank cut edges is used.
