This is a Weidmüller ZQV 4/20 GE cross-connector (Order No. 1909010000) from the Z-series, coloured yellow, with 20 poles, a rated voltage of 400 V and rated current of 32 A. It is not explosion-tested, designed for direct mounting onto the terminals, made of Wemid material with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, plugged in with a pitch of 6.1 mm. It measures 31.6 mm deep, 120.3 mm high and 2.8 mm wide, and weighs 18.195 g. Storage temperature is -25°C to 55°C, ambient temperature -5°C to 40°C, and continuous operating temperature -60°C to 130°C.

Plug-in cross-connections offer easy handling and quick installation, saving time during installation compared with screwed solutions. Due to stability and temperature reasons, only 60% of the contact elements can be broken out; using the cross-connector reduces the rated voltage to 400 V, and to 25 V if a cut cross-connection with blank cut edges is used. The product is RoHS compliant without exemption, its REACH declaration states no SVHC above 0.1 wt%, and its documentation includes a confirmation of standards to EN 45545-2:2020-10.
