The UR20-4AO-UI-16 (order no. 1315680000) is a u-remote 4-channel analogue output module with 16-bit resolution, controlling up to four analogue actuators with an accuracy of ±0.1% FSR maximum (0.05% FSR typical). Each output can be parameterised for voltage (0-5 V, 0-10 V, 1-5 V, 2-10 V, ±10 V, ±5 V) or current (0-20 mA or 4-20 mA), with 2-wire (automatic detection) or 4-wire actuator connection. Actuator supply is available on each channel (0-185 mA), response time is 1 ms across all four channels, and the module provides module-level diagnosis (individual channel diagnosis is not available on this variant). It measures 76 x 120 x 11.5 mm, weighs 87 g, and operates from -20°C to 60°C.

The analogue output module controls actuators connected with 2-, 3- or 4-wire technology, with the measurement range defined channel-by-channel through parameterisation and each channel having its own status LED. The outputs are supplied from the output current path. It is RoHS conformant and holds cULus (E141197) and cULusEX (E223527) certification, and supports CANopen, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus/TCP, PROFINET IRT, PROFIBUS DP-V1 and POWERLINK fieldbus protocols.
