Pacific Automation CEO Darren Wright steps down naming Stephen Armstrong as his successor.

Pacific Automation, national suppliers of industrial automation, electrical, lighting, hazardous area and mining solutions, has announced that its owners have appointed Stephen Armstrong as Chief Executive Officer following the move of Darren Wright to non-executive director.

These leadership changes take effect on 1 July 2020.

Stephen Armstrong has held the key leadership position of General Manager at Pacific Automation for the past 14 years, where he has been instrumental in its growth from a small-scale Western Australian business to the national channel partner for leading global manufacturers of industrial automation and electrical products. Stephen is a strong communicator who is customer-focused, has a deep knowledge of the market and is passionate about growing the business.

“We are fortunate to have someone of Stephen’s calibre and experience step up to lead Pacific Automation,” said Darren.

“We are at an important phase of our development and we are excited to have Stephen lead the implementation of our strategy and take advantage of the market opportunities ahead.”
