BES M08MH1-PSC30B-S04G (Order Code BES02W9) is an M8 inductive sensor measuring Ø8 x 63 mm (mounting length 43 mm), rated for flush mounting and connected via an M12 connector (4-pin, A-coded). It operates on an operating voltage Ub of 10...30 VDC (rated operating voltage Ue DC 24 V, rated operating current Ie 200 mA) and provides a PNP normally open (NO) switching output at a switching frequency of 1200 Hz. The sensing distance is 3 mm (assured operating distance 2.4 mm, ±10% tolerance).

The sensor is rated IP68 for an ambient temperature range of -25...70°C (contamination scale 3), built to IEC 60947-5-2 with CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE conformity. The housing is brass with a nickel-free coating and the sensing surface is PBT; the stated MTTF at 40°C is 584 years.
