The SHS hinge switch combines a hinge and safety switch in a single functional and mounting unit. It offers full flexibility for installation, connection and adjustment. Since the hinge switch is integrated directly into the safety guard, it offers increased protection against manipulation. The SHS can be used on all doors, hoods and flaps and can be mounted on the right or left. The switching point of the safe hinge switch can be freely adjusted over the entire swivel range from 0° to 180°. The SHS offers maximum protection against manipulation thanks to the switching point, which can be set once and cannot be changed subsequently. • Safe, complete solution for hinged guard doors, includes hinge and safety switch • Thanks to protection class IP67 for use in areas with heavy pollution • High protection against manipulation, as directly connected to the guard door • Load capacities up to 1000N • Switching point can be freely adjusted from 0° to 180° • Easy mounting also on profiles • Systems can be mounted on the right and left • Low maintenance • Zinc die-cast hinge with integrated safety switch in one housing
