Shipping & Delivery Policy
Pacific Automation ("we" and "us") makes deliveries using a variety of delivery partners dependant on the delivery location and service requested by the customer. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items and value of the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
Subject to stock availability, orders received will be shipped within 1 business day. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this case, the order may be part shipped, or held until complete based on the expected lead time for the outstanding items, delivery location or pre-existing agreement with the customer.
Shipping times vary depending on location but are estimated to be between 1 and 7 business days. Currently, we do not accept international orders through our website. Enquiries for international orders can be submitted via email (email@example.com) or phone (1300 881 876 / +61 8 9414 7999).
