When a cable gland fits a cable appropriately, but the connecting thread differs from that of the equipment, either in physical size or in thread profile, an adapter or reducer is your best bet.

Connections with various thread sizes are available in standard materials, including stainless steel and nickel-plated brass. Choose between male-male, male-female, or female-female configuration to suit your application.

 Protection methods of Ex d, Ex e and Ex ta can be maintained with the use of certified CMP cable gland adapters, which are globally approved for explosive atmospheres. Insulated options are available for areas with high electromagnetic noise.
