Introducing the New Kid on the Block – Matt Street

Pacific Automation is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Street, Manager – Victoria.
Managing Director Darren Wright said, “This is a significant appointment as it not only launches our Melbourne presence, cementing our business in the south-east region of Australia, but diversifies our expertise.”
Matt is a recognised cross-functional leader and people manager with a multidiscipline engineering background and an entrepreneurial leadership style.
Having worked in the UK, UAE and wider Gulf Corporation Council, Matt has extensive experience with both large matrix organisations and SME companies, and brings diverse skills in commercial management, negotiation, instrumentation and hazardous area equipment, and hazard analysis and mitigation.
While Matt has technical capability across all our products, he will be initially focused on our Raytec and SA Equip product range for hazardous areas.
Matt has held marketing and commercial roles with Daly Fluid Technologies in Dubai and as a systems engineer with BAE Systems in the UK.
Matt holds a Masters in Engineering (Hons) in systems engineering from Loughborough University, and is a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
