I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?

The best thing to do is to contact our internal sales team and they will assist you further. Some products in our range are built to order and are non-returnable.

Can I use my own shipping company?

Yes, if you wish to use your own carrier, we are happy to accommodate you.  You can enter the details in the special instructions field prior to placing your order or contact our sales team who will ensure your order gets shipped correctly.

What location is distribution?

We have warehouses in Brisbane and Perth.  The warehouse we ship from depends on stock availability and the lead time required.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect your orders from our warehouses in Brisbane & Perth. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
