With the help of the control cabinet diagnostic device, the information transmitted by the SRF sensors of a sensor chain can be transferred to the machine control system via I/O Link. The NFC and USB interfaces can be used for quick commissioning and troubleshooting. 20 different pieces of information are transmitted, these are for example: Actuator detected, incorrect actuator, status of safety outputs, etc.. The diagnostic module additionally provides 16 PNP outputs to indicate whether the actuator is recognized.
