Pacific Automation distributes IDEC Micro PLC’s which are ideal for smaller automation projects.  With variable I/O configurations and a number of communications interfaces available, the Micro PLC range is a flexible solution for a number of applications.

Idec’s Smart Relays are standalone programmable CPU’s that can be used to replace numerous timers, relays and counters.  The system can be expanded to accommodate additional I/O modules and can be programmed via the push button interface or optional PC based software.

Idec produces a large range of automation timers capable of periods of up to 180 hours.  Available in various functions, contact configurations and housings to suit a number of applications.

Idec is well know for its relay products and are available with a number of socket mounting options.  Pacific Automation has been distributing Idec relays for over 30 years and the product has proven itself in the field over this time.  Variants available include standard, latching and solid state relays.

Pacific Automation also distributes Weidmuller relays.  The range available includes 6mm wide products for use in high density applications.

The Weidmuller Auto-Manual Station (AMS) series is designed to work in conjunction with a PLC/DCS system.  The AMS is placed between the process and the PLC/DCS and allows an operator to

manually control a process in the event of a control systems failure.  This product is

suited to applications where continuous monitoring is crucial such as furnace monitoring, or sensitive process requiring manual control at start up before being handed over to automatic systems.
